John Pritchett is the President and Founder of Biovate Pharma®. He brings 20+ years of industry experience to Biovate Pharma®, including 10 years of marketing experience with two of the world's premier pharmaceutical marketing organizations, Pfizer and Forest Laboratories. John started his pharmaceutical career with 6 years in field sales and sales management.

Prior to founding Biovate Pharma®, John built a marketing career at Pfizer for 9 years, most recently in the position of Commercial Team Leader for an insomnia compound in Phase II/III development. Responsibilities included, among many others, developing and leading a large cross-functional team and a co-promote relationship with a biotechnology partner.

John led the Viagra® direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for 3 years during the early launch period, helping to build the brand to blockbuster status. Additional responsibilities included 1 year managing the Viagra® brand in the major markets of the European Union. He also has experience in both professional and managed care marketing, working on the Zyrtec® brand for 2 years.


Natalie Tufts Rowe joined Biovate Pharma® after 6 successful years with Pfizer. In her most recent assignment with Pfizer, Natalie led direct-to-consumer and professional launch strategy development for indiplon, a co-promoted/licensed product in development for the treatment of insomnia. In addition to valuable launch planning experience with indiplon, Natalie played a key role on the overall central nervous system (CNS) marketing team at Pfizer by working on the launch of Xanax XR® as well as being a key contributor on the Zoloft®, Aricept® and Geodon® brand teams.

Natalie began her pharmaceutical career with Pfizer as the CNS commercial liaison between the medical and marketing departments, specifically related to independent medical grants and key opinion leader development.
